The A. Yoshii Engineering and Construction Group has its own team specializing in project planning and management, whose objective is to seek optimization of its processes. In order to provide our clients with solutions in cost optimization, productivity control and excellence in execution, we use BIM (3D) technology in project development, which allows it greater quality, identification of any possible interferences, losses reduction and greater ease of project visualization during the execution of the works. 

Our Quality Management team seeks to ensure the best practices in all stages of our projects. We act in order to apply internal quality procedures, obtain the traceability of materials and services performed, and carry out all the tests of applicable technological and dimensional controls. We meet all the client’s legal and specific normative requirements, attesting the quality of our work through Data Books drafting, which we hand to our clients at the end of each work.
